IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION.By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GMIT.AI mobile application ("App") or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device. Continued use constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1. About GMIT.AI

GMIT.AI is developed and operated by Shashank Jangra, an individual developer. GMIT.AI is a voice-first AI-powered relationship management application designed to help professionals capture, organise, and nurture business connections through voice notes, contact exchange, and AI-generated follow-up actions.

The App is published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under the developer name Shashank Jangra.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
  • Accept responsibility for activities under your account

4. The Service — What GMIT.AI Does

4.1 Core Features

  • Create and share a digital business card
  • Scan and capture business card or QR contact information
  • Build a personal contact database
  • Record voice notes about contacts
  • Receive AI-generated follow-up actions and draft messages
  • Integrate with WhatsApp, Gmail, and Outlook

4.2 AI Generated Content

Some features use artificial intelligence to process voice notes and contact data. AI suggestions may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated messages before sending them.

5. Contact Data and Third-Party Information

GMIT.AI allows you to store information about other individuals (“Contacts”). You confirm that you have obtained appropriate consent before storing or processing any third-party contact information.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of contact data complies with applicable privacy laws including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).

6. Integrations

GMIT.AI may integrate with third-party services including WhatsApp, Gmail, and Microsoft Outlook. By connecting these services you authorise GMIT.AI to access limited contextual information necessary to provide AI suggestions and draft responses.

7. User Conduct

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Collect contact data without consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate any person or organisation
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Use automated tools to scrape data
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, trademarks, logos, and materials related to GMIT.AI are the exclusive property of Shashank Jangra or licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

GMIT.AI is currently free during early access. When paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, and features will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shashank Jangra (operating as GMIT.AI) shall not be liable for any damages including loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

15. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and GMIT.AI regarding the Service.
