It started at an expo. Then another. And another.
We walked the floors, had amazing conversations, exchanged business cards, and genuinely meant it when we said "Let's stay in touch."
But a day later? Every card looked the same. Names blurred together. That brilliant conversation about a potential partnership? Buried under a stack of 50 other cards. The person who could've been our biggest client? Lost in the shuffle.
We weren't bad at relationships. We were just... human. Busy, overwhelmed, and terrible at following up.
